IPSM was assigned with Design Engineering a Multi-story, Greenfield Beverages Manufacturing facility in an existing major Industrial Growth Centre. This mega facility was a major milestone for augmenting the client’s existing processing capabilities, continue the Seamless Supply and serving the North-East India Market requirements.
The Concept was developed between IPSM design team with Client’s SMEs so that the facility could meet the end users requirements, featuring the compliance on stringent Quality, Safety requirements, cGMP practices, Floor Self cleaning methodology & Hygiene compliance requirements
The Facility was designed with the well Segregation of Key functional areas viz. Material Handling, Processing, Production and Other areas, Hazardous Operation, Similar Utilities & Services, Employee / Visitor from entry to Exit to maintain 100 % compliance etc.

Barry Callebaut Switzerland based Chocolate Manufacturing company has put up start of art manufacturing facility at Baramati Maharashtra India.We have carried out the MEP design services for this project. The project was carried out remotely due to the lock down during Covid Pandemic Situation worldwide, Our team has contributed and make this project possible and worked on 3D model in spite of the odds. The project got implemented as per the design and facility is in use.
